Yolanda Adams and Tamela Mann both have two nominations in the Outstanding Gospel/Christian Album and Outstanding Gospel/Christian Song categories.
DOE, Karen Clark Sheard, Tasha Cobbs Leonard and MAJOR. are also nominees this year. The winners will be revealed next month on February 22 in a live ceremony at Pasadena Civic Auditorium in California that will air on CBS and BET. This year’s theme is “Our Stories, Our Culture, Our Excellence.”
“We look forward to celebrating the brilliance of Black talent and creativity whose stories shape culture, ignite change, and inspire generations,” said Derrick Johnson, President and CEO of the NAACP. “Through film, music, literature, and more, their voices weave a rich tapestry that honors our heritage, celebrates our identity, and proves that storytelling is a powerful force for driving true progress.”
