The Girl Scouts of the USA (GSA) is one of the largest scouting organizations and one of the largest youth organizations in the United States. the organization offers life-guidance and mentorship to instill core values into kids and young adults. From joining a troop to spending a week at summer camp, Girl Scouts have the chance to meet others from their neighborhood, community, and nearby schools. They may even meet local leaders during a service project!
The Girl Scouts of the USA have been a permanent ‘coming of age; fixture in American culture, leaving boys (as well as girls) with lifetime experiences, life lessons, and even friends.

According to scouting.org, A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.

According to Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, more than 50 million women and girls in the United States have been Girl Scouts at some point in their lives. Of those 50 million, a handful of those youth went on to become some of the biggest public figures in America, Our team at RNB Philly has curated a list of the celebrities who were girl scouts before the fame!
