Dante Bowe is starting off the new year with a new praise and worship record. Released today (January 14), “Na Na Eh Oh” is a love letter of sorts to God.
Bowe starts the song with a reflection: “Good morning. Oh it’s been years now, twenty something to be exact that I’ve been running after you fast as I can and I ain’t tired yet. What a journey it has been from deaths front door to grace and life. A lot of bumps, twists and turns, dead ends, red lights, we made it out alive.”
The chorus is reminiscent of a grateful chant said in church. “Na Na Eh Oh,” he sings. It may not mean anything specific, but it rolls off the tongue in reverence to the Lord.

In the second verse, Bowe further reflects on holding on to God’s unchanging word when he was going through a difficult time in his life: “Oh I’m reminded of the times when I could hardly draw a breath. Somehow the air that I had left became a prayer and you met me there and what a story and oh how every chapter leaves me more amazed and I can see your love in bold on every page.”
Bowe then sings about God’s kindness and how he embraces us with his love. He then ends the song by encouraging the listener to sing about how good God is and praise him for his never-ending love: “Praise him oh Zion and sing. He’s good, so good.”
On Instagram, Bowe posted a few clips of himself previewing “Na Na Eh Oh” as he sits on a chair in front of a dark background with the spotlight on him. In the caption of his latest post about the song, he said the song is dedicated to everyone affected by the Los Angeles County, CA wildfires.
